1. What FIFAPredict is
FIFAPredict is a free game of skill. You predict the outcomes of football (soccer) matches and earn points based on the accuracy of your predictions. FIFAPredict is not a betting, gambling, or wagering service. No purchase, stake, or entry fee is required to play, and points have no cash value.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person should not operate multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage on the leaderboard.
3. Predictions, points & leaderboards
Predictions lock at or before kick-off and cannot be changed afterwards. Points are awarded by our scoring system, and standings appear on global and private-league leaderboards. We may recalculate or correct points where match data is updated or errors occur.
4. Rewards and prizes
Some rewards are offered by third-party sponsors, and some prizes in private leagues are offered by league owners. We are not responsible for prizes offered by sponsors or league owners, including their delivery, value, or fulfilment. Promo codes and prizes are subject to the terms of the party providing them.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to manipulate the Service, its scoring, or its leaderboards, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.

News and blog content is provided for information and entertainment. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee it.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time; continued use means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
